About Us

We’re Jack and Jim, and we have two Littles at home with another on the way.

We’re a few years deep into a total renovation of an 1890 city home that was used as a fraternity house for more than half a century. We basically bought Animal House.

Yes it was gross, yes it’s a lot of work, and yes we love it.

After years of planning, delays, and oh hey, let’s throw a pandemic in there too, we’re finally on the home stretch of reassembling things into a livable home.

On these pages we’ll share what we ended up doing with the place, what it took to get there, and how we’re making this old broad of a house work for our growing family.
