Yes, you should in fact treat yourself to something that makes you feel good, because that in turn makes you feel less like an a-hole, which makes you more pleasant to be around, which makes your kids more relaxed and your partner more cooperative and your life feel more lovely and bright.

Do your part in saving humanity by getting your mom/mama figure/self some fresh cut stems, or some other thoughtful little thing that will remind her what an absolute doll you are.
